This role is working for Australia and New Zealand's leading commercial real estate investment specialist. They offer investment management and advisory services to the superannuation, sovereign fund, and financial services industries, as well as to high-net-worth individuals and family offices across the globe.
Reporting directly to their Head of Marketing, this role as Marketing Manager will be responsible for the execution of the Capital marketing programme.
**What you'll do?**
- Manage campaign execution across all channels
- Advertising development/ updates as required
- Managing sponsorships / speaking opportunities
- Maintain Capital section of website working closely with stakeholders
- Monitor competitive landscape and audience to derive insights and identify opportunities for brand building, business growth or retention of existing market share
- Measurement of activity and leads on an ongoing basis
**What you'll bring?**
- Demonstrated experience in all aspects of developing and executing B2B campaigns - events, sponsorship, collateral development, advertising, digital marketing
- Relevant product and industry knowledge (e.g. property fund management/ financial services or professional services)
- Experience with relevant software and systems - Microsoft Office, WordPress, Salesforce
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to multi-task and prioritise
- Exemplary stakeholder management skills
