What You'll Own:
* Full accountability for performance, margin and customer outcomes
* Grow the Gold Coast branch from the ground up
* Drive local sales, stock and service across key categories
* Partner with MM Security leadership to shape direction and set standards
* Be across the floor and with customers daily - leading from the front
What You Bring:
* Proven wholesale experience with a sharp commercial mindset (security, electrical or data ideal)
* Leadership style that drives action and earns respect
* Strong customer focus and confidence to make calls that move the needle
* Hunger to grow sales, build people and take ownership of results
