Central Clinical Equipment Services provides clean, safe, and easy-to-use equipment to support all clinical areas at Logan Hospital.
The mission is to maintain all equipment to meet safety and infection control standards while delivering high customer service and collaboration with clinicians.
About the Role
The Operational Officer will support the management and operation of clinical equipment, ensuring compliance with safety and infection control standards, and providing excellent customer service to clinicians.
About You
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Experience handling a wide range of enquiries and providing excellent customer service
Empathy and discretion related to sensitive situations
Strong influencing, negotiating and conflict resolution skills
Ability to prioritise workloads during busy periods and adapt quickly to changing priorities
