**Coordinator - Operations Monash Doctors Workforce**
Monash Doctors Workforce is responsible for managing Junior Medical Staff (JMS) rotations, providing employee service functions to Junior Medical Staff & Senior Medical Staff and for providing advice on all issues relating to the employment of medical staff at Monash Health.
The Coordinator - Operations MDW is responsible for the day to day provision of employee service functions to JMS and SMS.

**About The Role**
As part of the Operations team, provide support and guidance to over 1500 Junior Medical staff (JMS) through the provision of employee service functions across the following areas:
Roster portfolio management meeting appropriate time frames and in accordance with Monash Health policies.
Compliance with Enterprise Agreements conditions.
Coordination and management of medical staff leave planning.
Management and back fill cover for emergent JMS leave.
Ensure all Junior Medical staff are credentialed in accordance with the Monash Doctors Credentialing & Scope of Practice procedure,
including any short or long term locum staff prior to rostering.
This is a full-time ongoing role in Monash Doctors Workforce Unit.
