About the Role

We're seeking a result-driven sales and marketing leader to drive business growth, expand our customer base, and boost brand presence across Australia. You will align marketing strategies with sales targets, manage end-to-end campaign execution, and build long-term partnerships with hospitality clients, while leading the sales and marketing team to hit core business goals.

Key Responsibilities

* Develop and execute targeted sales and marketing strategies to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth across all Australian states.
* Manage digital and offline marketing channels, launch localised promotions, and optimise campaign ROI through data tracking and analysis.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with commercial catering clients, distributors and industry stakeholders.
* Lead, mentor and allocate resources for the sales and marketing team, set clear KPIs and monitor performance to hit targets.
* Coordinate cross-functionally with operations and after-sales teams to ensure seamless customer service and project delivery.
* Monitor industry trends, competitor activity and market demands to refine business strategies and maintain competitive edge.
* Ensure all sales and marketing activities comply with Australian industry regulations and workplace safety standards.
* Leverage our Lowest Price Guarantee and Australia-wide shipping to explore new markets, adapt strategies and drive ongoing business growth.

Skills Required

* 5+ years of senior management experience across sales and marketing, with end‐to‐end supply chain exposure in major product categories or a closely related industry.
* Demonstrated expertise in omnichannel marketing strategy and brand building.
* Strong capability in designing and optimising sales network structures, including strategic key account and client relationship management.
* Proven leadership skills, including team development, KPI design, performance tracking and appraisal.
* Strong cross-departmental coordination skills.
* Advanced data‐driven decision‐making skills, with strong market awareness.
* Solid B2B business acumen with customer‐centric mindset.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
