The Shellharbour Club are searching for Part-time Food and Beverage Attendants to provide our patrons with memorable dining experiences. The Food and Beverage team is a large department who provides amazing customer service across multiple food outlets, events and bars.
What we are looking for to be successful in your new role:
* Previous customer service experience.
* Exceptional communication skills.
* Previous Barista experience is preferred.
* Previous Bar and cocktail experience is preferred.
* Current RSA.
* Team player with a positive can do attitude.
* Ability to work a variety of shifts including days, weekends and enjoy working late nights, we trade to 4am and 6am.
* Must have availability Friday night and weekends.
* Ability to work split shifts.
* Enjoy working Saturday and public holidays and receive the higher weekend and public holiday penalty rates.
Working within this role, you would be responsible for:
* Wait service, including delivery of meals to patrons and clearing tables.
* Assisting in functions and events.
* Café service.
* Bar service, including mixing and serving drinks to patrons.
* Taking orders and assisting patrons with menu choices.
* Floor duties, including the collection of glasses and general cleaning.
