Job Description
In a high‑growth and dynamic environment, Cotality is seeking a proactive and commercially minded finance professional with exceptional analytical and communication skills. You will be a trusted advisor who can translate complex financial data into clear, actionable insights that drive business performance and strategic decision‑making. As Finance Business Partner, you will play a critical role in bridging Finance and Operations, supporting technical and back‑office functions, and ensuring financial planning aligns with enterprise strategies. You'll thrive in a fast‑paced setting where no two days are the same, managing competing priorities while fostering a positive and efficient workplace culture.
What You Will Be Doing
* Business Partnering – Act as a trusted advisor to technical and back‑office leadership teams, supporting strategic initiatives, project investments, and operational efficiencies.
* Financial Forecasting & Budgeting – Own and manage financial planning cycles (annual budgets, long‑term plans, rolling forecasts) for assigned cost centers.
* KPI Development & Monitoring – Define, track, and report key financial and operational performance indicators.
* Performance Analysis & Reporting – Prepare detailed monthly management reports and conduct variance analysis to communicate performance drivers, risks, and opportunities.
* Financial Modelling & Business Case Support – Build and maintain robust financial models for new product launches, strategic investments, and business cases, including scenario planning and ROI assessments.
* Cost Control & Efficiency – Identify cost drivers, recommend mitigation strategies, and implement cost‑saving initiatives.
* Cross‑Functional Collaboration – Build strong relationships across technical and support functions to ensure integrated financial planning.
Job Qualifications
What You Will Bring
Essential
* CPA, CA, or equivalent professional qualification.
* 5+ years of experience in Finance Business Partnering or Commercial Analyst roles (preferably in tech or high‑growth environments).
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Strong time management and organizational abilities.
* Demonstrated initiative and proactive problem‑solving.
* Advanced data analysis and reconciliation skills.
* Exceptional attention to detail and ability to identify trends quickly.
Preferred
* Experience managing complex financial projects in a high‑growth or tech environment.
* Familiarity with ERP and data analysis tools (e.g., TM1).
