**Your next opportunity**:
We are actively searching for a dedicated Driver to join our dynamic team in Coffs Harbour, NSW 2450 on a full-time permanent basis. This role opens doors for professional growth and cross-training within different facets of our business, offering you a diverse and enriching skill set development.
Your day will involve the safe operation and driving of HC trucks together with the safe handling and spraying of various bituminous products, such as hot bitumen, polymer-modified bitumen and prime emulsion.
**What are we looking for?**
- Valid HC licence or a HR Licence, with aspirations to upgrade to a HC licence
- A background in the asphalt or bitumen spray seal industry, along with previous experience handling Dangerous Goods (desirable)
- Strong customer focus and effective communication skills
- Ability to work independently with a commitment to meticulous record-keeping
- A passion for driving trucks and a collaborative team spirit
- Exceptional time management skills, coupled with a safety-first mindset
