About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Strata Assistant to join our team in Cairns. The successful candidate will work closely with an experienced team to provide exceptional support to clients, manage daily tasks, and maintain accurate records.
Key Responsibilities
* Assist the Strata Community Manager with day-to-day portfolio management
* Provide high-level support to clients, including owners, onsite caretakers, and committee members
* Prepare documents for meetings and maintain electronic records
* Distribute correspondence and arrange quote requests for maintenance and compliance requirements
* Perform high-volume electronic filing of records
* Participate in internal and industry education programs
About You
To be successful in this role, you will require:
* Prior experience working in a fast-paced office environment
* High level of computer skills, specifically Microsoft suite
* Strong administrative skills, including time management and multitasking
* Excellent customer service skills and strong written and verbal communication skills
* High attention to detail and motivation to learn and succeed
* Positive attitude and personable approach
