Casual Cleaning Operatives - Australia Fair
We are currently seeking Casual Cleaning Operators to join our team at Australia Fair Shopping Centre. If you're reliable, customer-focused, and enjoy working in a team environment, we'd love to hear from you
What You'll Do
* Provide high-standard cleaning services throughout the centre
* Ensure a safe and clean environment for shoppers and staff
* Clean common areas, food courts, amenities, and high-traffic zones
* Respond promptly to cleaning requests from centre management and customers
* Operate cleaning equipment safely and efficiently
* Ensure all work meets health, safety, and hygiene standards
* Provide friendly and professional customer service when interacting with shoppers and tenants
What We're Looking For
* Driver's Licence & reliable transport
* Ability to pass a criminal history check
* High level of presentation and communication skills
* Strong work ethic – reliable, punctual, and proactive
* Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays
* Physically fit and able to walk for extended periods
* Previous experience in stripping and sealing floors is a bonus (but not essential)
