Fantasy Caravan is one of Australia’s fastest-growing caravan manufacturers and dealer networks.
We design, build, and sell a wide range of caravans, serving customers across Australia. As our Queensland showroom continues to grow, we are expanding our team and looking for the right person to grow with us.
About the Role
This is a sales-focused role, with sales performance as the primary KPI.
You will be involved in the entire process — from first enquiry through to delivery and basic after-sales support — ensuring a smooth and professional customer experience.
For the right person, this role offers a clear pathway into senior or leadership positions as the business grows.
Key Responsibilities
Sales (Primary KPI)
* Manage and convert leads from phone, online enquiries, showroom walk-ins, and caravan shows
* Conduct product presentations and confidently close deals
* Follow up leads consistently using CRM
* Achieve monthly sales targets
Customer Journey & Delivery
* Guide customers through the full sales process
* Prepare contracts and sales documentation
* Coordinate orders with internal teams
* Liaise with the workshop on build progress
* Arrange and conduct vehicle handovers
After-Sales Support (Secondary Responsibility)
* Handle basic after-sales enquiries
* Assist with coordinating warranty-related matters
* Ensure a smooth ownership experience for customers
Showroom & Team Support
* Maintain showroom presentation and vehicle displays
* Assist with general day-to-day operations when needed
* Support caravan shows, including setup and pack-down
About You
Sales Driven
* Proven ability to close deals
* Confident in both face-to-face and phone sales
* Motivated by targets and performance
Responsible & Ownership Mindset
* Takes responsibility beyond just making the sale
* Willing to follow through from sale to delivery
* Cares about customer experience
Adaptable & Hands-On
* Comfortable handling multiple tasks
* Willing to step in where needed in a growing team

* Able to manage multiple customers and tasks
* Comfortable using CRM systems
Requirements
* Previous sales experience (essential)
* Full driver’s licence
* Available for weekend work
* Willing to travel interstate (approx. once per month)
Caravan or RV experience is preferred but not essential.
