About the Role
An exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced Financial Controller to join a large privately owned property group with a significant Adelaide footprint. Working closely with senior leadership, you will oversee financial operations across multiple divisions while helping drive process improvement, reporting accuracy and commercial performance.
Duties
* Lead financial operations across multiple entities
* Deliver monthly management reporting & KPIs
* Manage budgeting, forecasting & cash flow
* Oversee EOM, EOFY & general ledger processes
* Improve systems, controls & financial processes
* Partner with executives across the business
* Mentor and lead a high performing finance team
* Prepare project feasibility and financial analysis
Skills & Experience
* Experience as a Financial Controller or Finance Manager
* CA or CPA qualification preferred
* Strong commercial and analytical mindset
* Property or development industry exposure
* Advanced accounting systems knowledge
