Job Description
As a Research Fellow, you will contribute to various research activities examining road user attitudes and behaviors with the aim of enhancing road safety.
* Focus areas may include young drivers, tailgating, speeding, distracted driving, road safety advertising, heavy vehicles, fleet safety, and the safety of pedestrians, cyclists, and/or older drivers.
The role offers opportunities for collaboration with external stakeholders, including community groups, industry partners, and government agencies.
You will also have the chance to engage in systematic reviews and environmental scans, critically evaluating and synthesizing relevant literature or data to inform research outcomes.
Additionally, you will design and collect data using various methods, including surveys and interviews, and analyze and report both quantitative and qualitative data.

Required Skills & Qualifications
* Completion of a PhD in a relevant discipline area (e.g., road safety, occupational health and safety, psychology, public health)
* Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary research team and independently with minimal supervision
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* Proven ability to engage and collaborate effectively with external stakeholders
* Experience in conducting systematic reviews and/or environmental scans
* Skills in study design and data collection methods
