Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and execute a diverse and seasonal menu that reflects our culinary vision.
* Oversee kitchen operations, ensuring high standards of food quality and presentation.
* Manage inventory, ordering, and cost control to maintain profitability.
* Train and mentor kitchen staff, fostering a positive and collaborative environment.
* Maintain cleanliness and organization in compliance with health and safety regulations.
* Collaborate with the front-of-house team to enhance the overall guest experience.
Qualifications:
* Proven experience as a Chef.
* Eligible for working holiday visa.
* Strong culinary skills with a passion for creative cuisine.
* Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards.
* Excellent leadership and communication skills.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality.
