Role
We seek to bring an experienced Change Analyst into our team, one who leverages a foundation in the theoretical, and has solid experience in the real world. This role will play a key role in ensuring the Trak-Edition Project meets objectives on time and on budget by assisting with the implementation of Trak-Edition across the region. Working with the Change Manager – Trak-Edition Project, this role will work to drive higher utilisation of TrakCare and excellent change management for the TrakCare users. These improvements will drive a stepped improvement in collaboration and communication outcomes across the region’s healthcare services.
