Red Cacao is seeking an experienced Pastry Chef to join our team. We specialize in gateaux's and entremets with a large focus on chocolates and pralines.
As a potential candidate you must:
-Experience in chocolate making and chocolate decoration work of at least 5 years industry work.
* Be able to work independently with a wide knowledge of pastry, cakes, baked goods and chocolate.
* Be a clean and efficient worker who is highly organised and responsible.
* Be passionate and enthusiastic with a drive to succeed and desire to push yourself further gaining new skills and techniques.
-Be a team player who supports and backs the other members making sure that as a group our targets are met and the customer receives the best possible products.
* Take care with presentation and accuracy of work showing a joy in perfection.
For this position we are requiring someone with at least 6 years experience in pastry with restaurant and dessert service experience an advantage.
