We are hiring a reliable cleaner to join our growing business.
Scope of Cleaning Duties:
* Cleaning to be completed 3 days per week (Monday, Wednesday and Friday) from 7:00PM to 9:00PM
* Corridors: Clean floors and remove cobwebs (Note: Shopfront glass in corridors is the tenants’ responsibility)
* Glass windows: Front & back entrance windows (inside & outside) and automatic door glass at both ends of the corridor
o Windows to be cleaned weekly
o Doors to be cleaned each visit
* Male & female common area toilets to be cleaned each visit
* Replenish soap, paper towels, and toilet paper in both toilets as required
* Check and empty common area bins each visit as needed
* Report any issues at the centre (e.g., graffiti, damage, maintenance concerns)

* Available at least 3 evenings per week to match our cleaning schedule
