This role is perfect for individuals with strong analytical skills and a passion for building responsive applications and automating business processes, even if they have no prior experience with Appian but possess relevant transferrable skills. Your key responsibilities will include but not limited to : Develop and Maintain Applications: Design, build, and maintain applications using the Appian platform. Collaborate with Teams: Work closely with business analysts, project managers, and other developers to gather requirements and ensure solutions meet business needs. Quality Assurance: Conduct unit testing and support user acceptance testing to ensure applications function as expected. Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for developed applications and processes. Troubleshoot Issues: Identify and resolve technical issues promptly to maintain smooth application performance. Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with new features and best practices in Appian development to continuously improve application quality and efficiency. Essential Transferrable Skills and Qualifications: Basic understanding of Appian tool knowledge of programming languages such as Java, JavaScript, or Python. Familiarity with relational databases and SQL. Understanding of user interface and user experience design principles. Excellent verbal and written communication abilities to interact with team members and stakeholders effectively. Certifications (Preferred): While not mandatory, certifications such as Appian Certified Associate Developer, or any relevant IT certifications, will be advantageous.
