We are currently seeking a head baker to lead our staff.
At Culley's our Bakers are responsible for:
* Product preparation and baking
* Maintaining the cleanliness and safety of the bakery
* Stock control, ordering and production expenses
* Staff management - small 3 person team
* The ideal candidate will possess the following :
* Passion for baking, with innovative ideas
* Reliable transportation
* Excellent communication and time management skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced / flexible environment.
