Established government organisation looking for an experienced Service Desk Analyst
Your new role
- Level 1 Service desk and technical support experience
- Customer Service – this will be a customer-facing role
- 5 days on site for the first few weeks, hybrid options available thereafter
- Experience with desktop support work and troubleshooting experience
- M365/ Intune experience
- ServiceNow experience is good to have
- Able to work in a busy and rapid-paced environment
- Able to navigate approximately 100 tickets by the end of the month
