Job Overview:
We are seeking a Senior Field Service Manager to oversee and coordinate the activities of field technicians within our service team in Melbourne, Victoria.
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for planning and delivering repair/maintenance works, monitoring material inventory control and technician rostering, managing performance and skill development of the team, and developing business relationships with customers.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement effective strategies for planning and delivering repair/maintenance works
* Coordinate and manage material inventory control and technician rostering to ensure optimal productivity and efficiency
* Lead and motivate the team to achieve exceptional performance and skill development
* Build and maintain strong business relationships with customers through regular communication and engagement
* Identify and implement opportunities for growth and improvement within the team and service operations
Requirements:
* Proven experience in construction, facilities management, or vertical transport industries
* Excellent leadership and coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and teams effectively
* Strong commitment to safety and quality in the workplace
