Our client is currently seeking a part time general manager/operations manager to assist run this successful, high performing agency.
**The Role**

You will be the driving force that keeps this top-performing business in order. Reporting to the Directors and working within an elite team of staff, this role will see you utilise your administration, management, understanding of budgets, and operations skills daily.
As the General Manager of this office, your day-to-day duties will include but will not be limited to:
- Staff recruitment, training, and HR management
- Monitor and track staff performance
- Monitor and improve the financial performance of the business
- Manage the brand and associated suppliers
- Recruit and train new hires on business practices
- Compliance across the office
- Complaints management

To be successful in this role, you will have strong Real Estate experience, ideally in a similar role, or a strong history of Property Management or Sales experience. This is an integral position for the business and you will be put on the management team, where you will be working alongside the directors. You will be a leader, have experience managing big teams, and understand budgets.
