The Role
Your focus is to formulate relationships with clients across the Renewable Energy and/or the Sustainability space, understand their business and their growth strategies, then find them likeminded professionals in the market looking to develop their career.
You must be comfortable initiating conversations in a meaningful way, with follow up being crucial to your success. You'll need solid sales acumen, however as this is a people focused role, it is your EQ which will make you a huge success in this industry.
Key things we are looking for:
* Genuine communication skills such as rapport building, the ability to listen, showing empathy and offering solutions
* Putting your clients and candidates needs first, don't look to close a sale if it's not in the best interest of both parties.
* Identifying opportunities when they present themselves, spotting buying signals, consulting on options and getting commitment.
* The desire and need to grow, learn and develop skills. Be a sponge…it will pay off
