As a Service Advisor, you will have:
* Ability to drive service sales with a commitment to delivering an unparalleled level of customer service
* Strong listening & problem-solving skills
* A positive, proactive and courteous approach to customers and colleagues
* An enthusiastic, friendly and helpful attitude
* Strong computer skills with the ability to learn new systems
* Excellent communication, organisation and inter-personal skills.
* Previous Service Advisor Experience in a High-Volume Dealership Environment desirable.
* A Valid Victorian Drivers Licence
* Ability to complete a successful National Police Check
