Assistant Village Manager – Retirement Living Opportunities Across South East Queensland Looking for a leadership role that makes a real difference? We’re seeking Assistant Village Managers to join a leading retirement living provider with communities across South East Queensland. Whether you’re based north or south of the river, we have opportunities available and encourage applications from all locations. The Role Reporting to the Village Manager, you’ll support the smooth running of a vibrant retirement community. From managing staff and budgets to ensuring compliance and delivering exceptional resident experiences, this role combines operational leadership with genuine care. What You’ll Do Assist with day-to-day operations including hospitality, maintenance, and administration. Support recruitment, onboarding, and training of staff. Drive resident satisfaction and manage move-in/move-out processes. Oversee budgets, billing, and compliance with relevant legislation. Act as deputy for the Village Manager when required. What We’re Looking For 2 years in an operational leadership role managing people and budgets. Background in property, hospitality, aged care, or community services. Strong communication and organisational skills. A genuine passion for working with older Australians. Flexibility to work across a 24/7 environment when needed. Why Join?
