We are committed to sustainable practices, making Neilly Group a dynamic and rewarding workplace.The Role:Design and implement streambank and gully remediation projects with a practical and technical focus.Conduct sediment assessments and contribute to environmental impact assessments.Utilize GIS, photogrammetry, and site-based design approaches.Support hydraulic and hydrologic modeling (e.g., HECRAS, TUFLOW, RORB), focusing on design and implementation.Participate in business development, including preparing bids and tenders.About You:Degree in Environmental or Civil Engineering or a related field.Over 2 years of waterway engineering experience, especially in streambank and gully remediation design.Experience in fieldwork and project implementation.Ability to work independently and collaboratively, contributing to a team-oriented culture.Willingness to learn and develop professionally.Passionate about waterway engineering.Skills and Experience:Proficiency in GIS and photogrammetry software.Experience with civil design software such as 12D.Design experience in streambank and gully remediation, including fluvial geomorphology and natural channel design principles.Knowledge of sediment assessments per Paddock to Reef guidelines.Familiarity with HECRAS, TUFLOW, and RORB for hydraulic and hydrologic assessments.Experience with water balance modeling like GoldSim is a plus.Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.We offer a competitive salary, opportunities for growth, a supportive and flexible environment, and a positive team culture.
