This is a unique opportunity to join a values-driven organisation committed to delivering exceptional care and fostering a supportive, person-centred environment.As the Residential Manager, you will be responsible for the overall leadership and operational management of the home. You will inspire and guide a multidisciplinary team to uphold the highest standards of clinical care, resident wellbeing, and regulatory compliance. You will be supported by a dedicated leadership team including 2 Care Managers, Administration Manager, and a committed team of nurses and carers.
