Role Description
As an Onboarding Specialist, you will be responsible for guiding new partners through the onboarding process. This includes providing comprehensive support and training to ensure a successful start. You will oversee the completion of necessary documentation and compliance requirements during this phase. Additionally, you will coordinate and conduct training sessions covering operational processes, tutoring methodologies, and business strategies.Responsibilities

Requirements
- Experience in administration work, franchise or business coaching
- Ability to travel interstate to multiple locations across Australia
- University students studying Business, Management, or related degree are encouraged to apply
