About the Opportunity:
Core Talent is seeking an experienced HR Advisor on behalf of a leading food distribution company in Western Sydney. This is a hands-on role supporting managers and branches across HR and payroll functions.
Contract: 3 months | Immediate start preferred
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide HR & payroll support, including employment contracts, disciplinary letters, and Award compliance
* Guide managers and site personnel on performance management and employee relations
* Assist branches with HR templates and documentation
* Support payroll processes and collaborate with the Payroll Manager
Skills & Experience:
* 3–5 years HR experience, ideally with payroll exposure
* FMCG, warehousing, logistics, or operational experience preferred
* Strong knowledge of Awards and Enterprise Agreements
* Confident handling sensitive matters (harassment, bullying, disciplinary actions)
* Excellent communication, organisation, and problem-solving skills
* Intermediate Excel & Word proficiency
