Job Description
We're looking for a Project Coordinator to support the delivery of major capital and technical projects across our business. Working closely with Project Managers and operational teams, you'll provide essential coordination, documentation, and administrative support to keep projects well‐organised, on track, and clearly communicated from planning through to completion.
Your new day-to-day:
* Support project activity across planning, delivery, and review stages
* Maintain project documentation, schedules, registers, and governance records
* Assist Project Managers with tracking milestones, costs, risks, and actions
* Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, capture minutes, and follow up actions
* Prepare reports, presentations, and project updates for stakeholders
* Support communication between project teams, operations, and external partners
* Coordinate travel and logistics for project activities and site visits
* Assist with basic project and business analysis, including requirements and process documentation
* Provide general administrative support to help keep projects organised and on track
Desired Skills and Experience
What you'll need:
* Exposure/experience working in the FMCG/meat production/tradesindustry (preferred)
* Experience in an administrative, coordination, or office support role (project exposure beneficial but not essential)
* Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage tasks, schedules, and competing priorities
* Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
* Confidence preparing documents, reports, presentations, and meeting materials
* Clear written and verbal communication skills, with strong attention to detail
* Ability to maintain accurate records, registers, and documentation
* Comfortable working with a range of stakeholders and supporting team collaboration
* A willingness to learn, develop new skills, and build a career in project coordination
