Role
To be considered for this role the ideal candidate will have an environmental science / geology / soils / engineer / hydrogeology qualification and at least 8+ years' experience as a Contaminated Land Consultant.
Responsibilities
* Initiate and contribute to the preparation of project fee proposals and tenders;
* Nurture and grow your network; develop the network of the team;
* Provide both project management and technical expertise for Preliminary Site Investigations (PSI) and Detailed Site Investigations (DSI) / remediation project planning and implementation;
* Inter and intra‑state travel.
Qualifications
* Direct experience (10+ years) in contaminated land assessment and/or remediation;
* Capacity to work across a range of land and groundwater projects in varied settings (urban renewal, infrastructure, government, Defence, resources);
* A working knowledge of NEPM, NEMP 2.0, waste regulations, and experience with asbestos & hazardous materials assessments;
* Great understanding of local markets and sectors;
* Passionate about driving growth for the team;
* Excellent verbal and written skills;
* Safety focused;
* Have an Australia manual Driver's license;
* Permanent resident or citizen of Australia.
