Real Hands-On Experience:
Assist in planning and executing solar installations, setting up jobs, and taking ownership of tasks that will shape your skillset in the renewable energy field.
What We're Looking For:
* A Willingness to Learn: You'll be keen to develop your skills and knowledge in the solar industry.
* Electrotechnology Pre-App Cert II Completed (essential).
* Autonomy & Initiative: You can work independently with minimal supervision and take ownership of your tasks.
* Ready to Work Hard: We value dedication and a strong work ethic
* White Card/Construction License (essential).
* Working at Heights Ticket (preferred but not essential).
* Full Driver's License (preferred).
* Solar Experience (preferred, but not a deal-breaker – we're here to train you).
Key Responsibilities:
* Assist with planning and setting up solar installation projects.
* Lead daily activities on-site and ensure smooth job progress.
* Take the initiative to solve problems and always ask questions when in doubt.
* Maintain and care for equipment, ensuring everything runs efficiently.
* Assist electricians with various tasks and contribute to the success of each project.
