 
        
        **About the Role**
Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Facilitating on-boarding of new staff members including mandatory and occupational (on-the-job) training 
- Deliver group and individual instruction and training covering a range of technical, operational and contractual areas 
- Assist in analysing and assessing training needs 
- Perform administrative functions necessary to deliver and document training 
- Maintain and provide the required compliance reporting documentation 
- Leading toolbox sessions and supporting on-the-job training of team members and 
- Leading by example, mentoring and conducting oneself in an exemplary manner
**Skills and Experience** 
- Demonstrate a strong understanding of IMS (end-to-end), loading dock operations and logistics and AGV operating function 
- Competent in the usage of Oracle and Power BI 
- Experienced in facilitation of skills based training programs 
- Solid communication and interpersonal skills 
- Ability to develop positive working relationship with team members and wider staff 
- Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability 
- Exceptional planning, organisational and prioritisation skills 
- Ability to identify and anticipate problems and produce effective decisions 
- High level administration skills 
- Demonstrate advanced computer literacy skills, including the use of Microsoft Office systems
