Attend site breakdowns, scheduled maintenance, PMs, hydraulic faults, and major component replacements Occasionally work in the workshop on component overhauls and structural repairs Equipment includes underground drills, loaders, haul trucks, and auxiliary mobile plant Use your hands, your brain, and your experience to keep gear moving and production on track FIFO Roster & Hours This role offers flexible FIFO options to suit different lifestyles, with accommodation and travel fully arranged Flexible FIFO options to suit your lifestyle 12-hour shifts on a 2:2 or 8:6 roster FIFO from Darwin or DIDO arrangements available Accommodation provided on or near site Work in a well-established underground mining hub with ongoing and new projects Your Skills & Experience This role will suit tradespeople with a solid mechanical background who is keen to work underground and develop specialist OEM skills. You'll ideally have: Trade qualification as a Diesel Fitter / Heavy Vehicle Mechanic Underground mining experience / heavy earthmoving experience Strong fault-finding and hands-on maintenance skills A safety-first mindset, pride in quality of work and communication Willingness to work FIFO rosters and commit to long-term progression Must be able to complete a pre-employment medical and national police check Next Steps This is a strong opportunity with a respected OEM and build a long-term career in hard rock mining.
