We are seeking a Porter to join our Front Office team at a luxurious resort in the Sunshine State. The successful candidate will have a positive attitude, outstanding customer service skills, and be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
The role involves warmly welcoming and greeting guests on arrival, assisting with check-in/out, safely transporting and storing luggage, delivering items to guest rooms, offering recommendations on resort facilities and local events, driving golf carts within the property, and collaborating with the Front Office and wider resort teams.
To be successful in this role, you will need previous experience as a porter or concierge in a 4-5 star hotel or resort, a valid QLD Driver Licence, local knowledge of the Noosa region, the ability to comfortably lift 20kgs, clear and professional communication skills, strong teamwork skills, self-motivation, confidence, enthusiasm, and a positive attitude, and excellent grooming and professional presentation.

Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:
* Previous experience as a porter or concierge in a 4-5 star hotel or resort (desirable)
* Valid QLD Driver Licence (essential)
* Local knowledge of the Noosa region, including attractions, restaurants, and events
* The ability to comfortably lift 20kgs
* Clear and professional communication skills
* Strong teamwork skills and ability to engage with diverse guests
* Self-motivation, confidence, enthusiasm, and a positive attitude
* Excellent grooming and professional presentation
