Civil Road & Rail SX5 is currently seeking a Civil Earthworks / Mining Supervisor for a bulk earthworks/rehabilitation project in the Pilbara for early 2026. FIFO 2:1 roster ex Perth with overlap with Project Managers and Leading Hands. The successful applicant must have a background in Civil Earth-moving / mining, with strong technical abilities. Must be able to read and interpret drawings and specs, manage people and plant and daily activities in waste dump construction. Safety is a priority of both SX5 and the client. The ability to communicate clearly, use electronic tools and engage with the client are important also to this role. Must have experience with GPS systems. The onsite team will consist of approximately 20 personnel, supported by additional offsite administration and project support. This project has a large focus on innovation, including state of the art machine guidance, automation and utilises a fleet of CAT equipment.
