Electrical Maintenance Supervisor
This role offers the opportunity to lead a team in ensuring the safe and efficient operation of processing assets.
The supervisor will provide day-to-day leadership, supervise maintenance workflows, and support the delivery of high plant availability. Key responsibilities include partnering with planners to develop weekly plans, driving continuous improvement, safety, and compliance with statutory and site-specific standards.
A qualified electrical tradesperson with proven leadership capabilities is required. Previous experience in a leadership or coordination role, as well as demonstrated ability to lead teams and manage priorities, is essential. Strong communication skills and a collaborative leadership style are also necessary.
The ideal candidate will have a trade certificate in electrical or instrumentation disciplines and experience in processing maintenance in mining or heavy industry. They will be able to provide strong guidance to electrical tradespersons and apprentices and ensure the effective operation of all processing assets.

About the Role:
