We are currently looking for fit active, self motivated and progressive personnel to join our small professional and friendly team.
You would be fairly local to Gembrook and have a manual drivers license.
You would be willing to learn, over time, the various tree species grown, as
this is essential to the ongoing involvement and success of these positions.
Relevant industry experience would be looked on favorably but is not essential at all. We are happy to train the right persons.
Positions available are:
Tree Production - Potting, weeding, spraying, pruning, grafting, budding, picking and labeling. Maintenance of trees, grounds and equipment.
Learn and implement the systems and craft involved in growing trees.
Apprenticeship or Certificate in Horticulture available after trial period.
Experience welcome but not essential.
Delivery Driver/Farm hand/Machinery operator – Tractor/Skid-steer/HR truck driving, farm production, planting/potting/harvesting, Pick and delivery of trees to various customers.
Production - to Sales/Admin – People orientated outgoing person,
Initial minimum 12month period working with production crew, care and maintenance of plants.
Then with knowledge, progressing to sales, data entry and customer service.
Healthy active outdoor environment, quality driven systems. Salary according to experience.
