Join our team as a Manager Sterilising services in a Full-Time ongoing position at Dandenong Hospital. An exciting leadership opportunity currently exists for an enthusiastic and experienced Nurse, Allied Health professional or Instrument technician managing sterilising services at Dandenong Hospital
About Us
The Manager Sterilising position is an exciting and challenging one and is integral to the delivery of a model of care ensuring outstanding care and outcomes as well as financial accountability. You will be a role model, delivering and supporting evidence-based practice. Responsibilities will be in the risk mitigation strategies you advocate, accountability for professional development of yourself and others, whilst also supporting adequate skill mix.

What you need:
9. Have a certificate IV Sterilising Services or equivalent
10. Current AHPRA registration ( Nursing)
11. Proven leadership experience
12. Knowledge and understanding of AS 5369, GENCA and associated international standards relevant to sterilisation processes
