We are seeking a dedicated and patient-focused Pharmacy Assistant to join our team in Geraldton, Western Australia. In this full-time role, you will be an integral part of our pharmacy, providing exceptional customer service and assisting with the day-to-day operations of the business. Responsibilities
* Greeting and assisting customers with their pharmacy and healthcare needs
* Dispensing and labelling medications accurately and efficiently
* Maintaining stock levels and ordering supplies as needed
* Providing administrative support, including data entry and filing
* Adhering to all relevant pharmacy regulations and procedures
* Collaborating with the pharmacy team to ensure the smooth running of the business
Qualifications
* Previous experience as a Pharmacy Assistant or in a customer service role within the healthcare industry
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to provide excellent customer service
* Attention to detail and the ability to work accurately and efficiently
* Good numerical skills and familiarity with basic computer programs
* A friendly, professional, and patient-centric approach
