Fellowship in Advanced Cardiac Imaging
This one-year fellowship program is designed to provide comprehensive training and experience in all aspects of echocardiography. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to develop necessary skills and knowledge, aligning with specialist training requirements.
Responsibilities:
* Supervise junior staff
* Manage duties
* Coordinate daily operations of the echocardiography laboratory
The Fellowship Experience:
This position offers training in transthoracic, stress, transoesophageal echocardiography, and support within interventional, structural, and electrophysiology laboratories. You will have the chance to participate in the busy structural heart program, involvement in mitral and tricuspid TEER cases, and potential experience in cardiac CT or CMR, depending on operational needs.
A research opportunity is also available with an experienced imaging research team.
Requirements:
To be considered for this role, applicants must have completed at least three years of Advanced Training in Clinical Cardiology and hold FRACP (Part 2) or a recognized equivalent.
You should be able to demonstrate strong leadership skills, as well as the ability to manage duties and coordinate laboratory operations.
