Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Field Services Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our Services and Support team, you will be responsible for providing pre and post sales customer service, support to Canon's business imaging customers, while maintaining their printer fleet.
Key Responsibilities:
* Reactive and proactive servicing of printers, upgrading software/firmware, network connectivity, and installation of hardware and software.
* Carry out other tasks as requested by Supervisor, Support Specialist or Task Management.
* Effectively meet and exceed customer's needs, building productive relationships with Canon customers.
About You:
Ideally you would possess experience as a printer or photocopier technician with exposure to repairing both hardware and software issues in the field.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Valid driver's license is a key requirement for the role.
* Experience working with hardware and software troubleshooting and repair.
* Excellent communication and customer service skills.
