Additionally, we manage the delivery and operation of key financial control platforms, including the Group-wide Accounting Mapping Engine (FDM), ERP (Peoplesoft), EPM, Sub-Ledger, and Financial Control platforms.This is a 24-month long contract role.We’re interested in hearing from people who will aspire toDesigning reusable ERP services that provide business value across multiple squads, crews, and initiatives.Consulting and advising on initiatives to ensure alignment with ERP SaaS strategy, architectures, and standardised services.Practicing CBA Group principles, patterns, standards, and guidelines across initiatives and programs.Analysing a wide range of data within systems and processes to anticipate and address problems or identify improvement opportunities.Identifying and mitigating issues or risks associated with design or solution proposals.Facilitating and contributing to the transition from current to target platforms.Providing feedback on the effectiveness of target solution platforms, including any comments that impact or change the target solution platforms and standards.Offering specialist knowledge on finance systems, providing sound input, leadership, and decision guidance to drive excellence, quality, and performance for ERP platforms across multiple modules within Peoplesoft Financials.Mentoring team members by providing functional, design, and technical assistance.Assessing ERP solutions and emergent SaaS or cloud-related services that may benefit the Group's strategic direction.Advising on functional and solution design approaches, recommending alternatives where required.Other qualities you may possess includeOver 10 years of experience as an ERP Functional Consultant. PeopleSoft experience will be highly regarded.A profound understanding of functional solution design principles that incorporate business requirements and align them with application functionalities.Strong analytical skills, business acumen, and knowledge of the financial services industry (preferable).Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship-building skills, including with vendors and implementation partners.Experience with Fit/Gap analysis activities, as well as documenting processes, outcomes, and recommendations.Strong negotiation and influencing skills that foster constructive working relationships across the Group, focusing on achieving practical and optimal deliverables for the business.A curious and humble mindset with the ability to stay abreast of technology trends and industry-wide changes and trends.Working with us meansWhether you’re passionate about customer service, driven by data, or called by creativity, a career here is for you.
