You will be responsible for tracking all inbound shipping transactions, collaborating with external providers, and updating relevant teams accordingly.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide critical support to local teams with inbound/shipping and stock movement requests
* Manage weekly inbound shipments efficiently
* Liaise with suppliers and freight forwarders to ensure accurate and timely shipping documentation
* Coordinate with external partners for time slots and goods receipting
* Update supply chain and customer care teams on inbound information
* Oversee instrumentation movements for sales and service
* Support service teams with demo and parts movements/stock count
* Optimize boot stocks management
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* University degree in Business Management, Logistics, or Supply Chain
* Minimum 3-5 years of professional experience in Supply Chain, preferably in the Pharma sector
* Working experience in SAP is highly recommended
* Advanced MS Office skills, particularly in Excel
* Fluent English language skills
