Operational Supervisor Opportunity
We are seeking a motivated and experienced operational leader to oversee the daily operations of our coffee shop. This role is ideal for an individual with a passion for quality service and a talent for leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
* Supervising daily operations, including managing staff and inventory
* Preparing high-quality beverages, including specialty coffee drinks
* Leading and motivating a small team to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals
* Ensuring compliance with health and safety standards, as well as company policies and procedures
Requirements:
* Experience in hospitality or a related field
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
* High school diploma or equivalent required, post-secondary education an asset
