About the role
We're looking for an experienced Civil Engineer (internally known as Senior Civil Engineer) to join our dynamic Project Services team.
Working closely with consultants, contractors and internal teams, you'll lead meaningful capital projects from concept through delivery while championing safety-in-design principles and ensuring alignment with Australian Standards. This is an opportunity to make a genuine impact across our region while progressing your career on meaningful, technically rewarding work.
We would like to hear from you if you meet the following:
* Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
* Extensive experience in civil design for water infrastructure (irrigation, drainage, dams).
* Strong skills in hydraulics, structural calculations and construction engineering.
* Minimum 5 years' Australian experience.
* Proficient in AutoCAD/Civil 3D.

* Local knowledge and experience of GMW's infrastructure
* Project delivery experience
* Contract management experience
