THE OPPORTUNITY
We are seeking an experienced Conveyancing Assistant, to support our growing team located in our Mornington office. As a Conveyancing Assistant, you will play a crucial role by providing administrative and clerical support, to ensure the efficient processing of property transactions. This role offers an excellent opportunity for career growth in the conveyancing industry.
This is a part-time role, either 3 or 4 days per week during school hours and would suit an experienced administration assistant looking to return to the workplace on a part-time basis or someone wanting to reduce their full-time hours, and willing to learn all aspects of the Conveyancing process.
YOU
Key Responsibilities:
* Assisting Conveyancers in preparing settlement documents
* Managing communication with clients, real estate agents, and other stakeholders
* Conducting property searches
* Handling general office tasks, including phone calls, emails, and appointments
Requirements:
· Previous experience in an administrative or conveyancing assistant role essential
· Strong organisational and multitasking skills
· Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
· Attention to detail and accuracy in document preparation
· Knowledge of conveyancing processes and regulations is a plus
· A commitment to maintaining confidentiality and professionalism
