Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:
* Diploma in Commercial Cookery or equivalent (essential).
* Food Safety Supervisor certification is highly regarded.
* Proven experience in high-volume cooking environments.
* Strong understanding of allergen management and dietary needs, particularly in child-centric settings.
* Able to lead and collaborate with kitchen staff at all levels.
* Passionate about quality, presentation, and fresh food concepts.
