* Subcontract departures and scope management strategy: Collaborate with upstream and downstream stakeholders to identify opportunities for improvement and drive strategic decisions.
* Project commercial performance: Provide expert guidance on project commercial performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions to enhance profitability.
The Commercial Manager will be responsible for driving system and process improvements across commercial governance, performance tracking, and cost forecasting.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* Senior commercial roles experience: A minimum of 10 years' experience in senior commercial roles within civil construction or infrastructure.
* Australian contract law knowledge: Strong knowledge of Australian contract law and industry-standard contracts.
* Complex agreements management: Experience managing complex head/subcontract agreements, variations, and disputes.
