The opportunity
Delaware North Australia is hiring a Supervisor, Guest Experience to join our team at Lizard Island Resort. As Guest Experience Supervisor, you'll play a key role in delivering exceptional, personalised service across every stage of the guest journey. You will help create memorable experiences by anticipating guest needs, coordinating itineraries and events, and collaborating closely with teams across the resort and external partners.

What will you do?
* Deliver warm, professional and personalised service, responding promptly to guest and agent enquiries across email, phone and in person
* Coordinate tailored guest itineraries, special occasions and premium experiences that exceed expectations
* Plan, organise and deliver events, group bookings, VIP visits and celebrations in line with resort standards
* Collaborate closely with front office, operations and external providers to ensure seamless guest outcomes
* Host site inspections, industry partners and events, acting as a confident ambassador for the resort
* Manage workload and priorities effectively to ensure all guest arrangements and itineraries are completed accurately and on time
More About You
* Experience in a luxury hotel, resort or guest‐facing tourism environment
* Background in guest services, concierge, front office or guest relations roles
* Demonstrated experience coordinating events, group bookings or VIP guest experiencesCertificate or diploma in hospitality, events or tourism (preferred)
* Competency in Microsoft Office, with Opera experience, highly regarded
